Stable power cascade
The power system uses 14+2+1 power stages, each rated to handle 80A. This configuration integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs and drivers into a single package, delivering stable power for AMD Ryzen processors. An eight-layer PCB design effectively dissipates heat around the voltage regulators, which increases overall system stability and provides more headroom for processor overclocking.
Motherboard with DDR5 support
The motherboard supports up to four DDR5 memory modules in a Dual-Channel configuration. Support for AMD EXPO profiles makes it easy to overclock compatible memory kits via the UEFI interface. ASUS Enhanced Memory Profile technology automatically detects memory chips and sets optimal frequency and voltage profiles up to 8000MHz.
Fast PCIe 5.0 storage
For storage drives, there are a total of three M.2 slots, one of which uses the PCIe 5.0 ×4 interface with a transfer speed of up to 128Gb/s. The remaining two slots operate on the PCIe 4.0 ×4 interface. The board supports NVMe RAID for increased read and write speeds, while integrated heatsinks keep SSDs cool under heavy load.
Wi-Fi 7 wireless connectivity
Network connectivity includes a Wi-Fi 7 wireless module and an integrated network card with a speed of 2.5Gb/s. The Q-Antenna system simplifies connecting the external antenna, which you can just snap into the connectors without needing to screw it in. The wireless interface is complemented by Bluetooth technology for connecting peripherals and accessories. The audio subsystem uses an eight-channel Realtek ALC1220P audio codec. Special shielding isolates the analogue and digital circuits, which prevents mutual component interference. DTS Audio Processing technology offers preset modes for adjusting sound on headphones and speakers.
Easier assembly and diagnostics
Features that make building a PC easier include a hardware PCIe Slot Q-Release button for easy removal of the graphics card from the first PCIe 5.0 ×16 slot. The M.2 Q-Latch system lets you install SSDs without using tools or screws. Diagnostic Q-LEDs indicate the status of the processor, memory, graphics card, and storage during system start-up.
