POWERbreathe EX1 Medium
The POWERbreathe EX1 Medium Exhalation Trainer is specifically designed for expiratory muscle training. It allows to improve the functionality, strength and endurance of the muscles that are involved in exhalation. The trainer works on the principle of resistance training (similar to lifting a dumbbell), where the device puts resistance on exhalation, which effectively stimulates the exhalation muscles. You can easily adjust the load with a calibrated spring between 35 and 175 cm H2O. Strengthening the expiratory muscles is beneficial whenever you need to forcefully expel air from your lungs, for example when coughing, playing a wind instrument or singing. The POWERbreathe EX1 Medium trainer is also suitable for active athletes.
