The Merco Hula Hoop Counter consists of 24 individual, removable links, which make adjusting the desired waist circumference a matter of seconds. The maximum waist circumference can be set up to 136cm. The length of the weight's string is also adjustable, from 15–27cm. The longer you set the string, the greater the centrifugal force, and the heavier the weight will feel. The inner part of the hoop is made of flexible nubs that massage the body while rotating with the weight and also act as pressure shock absorbers. For the most effective workout, it is recommended to rotate the hoop with the weight for more than 20 minutes at least twice a day.
