Advanced cooling for high performance
The extended heatsink covers the power delivery area and increases the surface area for heat dissipation, enabling processors to run smoothly at high performance. M.2 Shield Frozr technology protects M.2 SSDs from overheating and ensures stable performance without throttling. A massive VRM heatsink covers the upper MOSFETs and uses high-quality 7W/mK thermal pads, including additional pads for the chokes. The board is optimised for water cooling, featuring a dedicated pump header supporting up to 3A and a clearly marked keep-out zone for easy water block installation.
Power and stability for demanding workloads
The 12-phase CPU power system, supplemented by one phase for graphics and one auxiliary phase, uses digital control and 75A DrMOS components. Dual 8-pin CPU connectors, along with Core Boost technology, ensure a stable power supply even under heavy loads. The 6-layer printed circuit board with a copper layer provides higher bandwidth, faster data transfer, and reliable signal integrity.
Fast storage and memory features
The PCIe 5.0 slot with Steel Armor technology offers double the bandwidth of the previous generation, with transfer speeds of up to 128GB/s, and uses advanced SMT technology to minimise interference. Three M.2 Lightning Gen 4 x4 connectors with speeds of 64Gb/s and four SATA III ports with speeds of 6Gb/s provide flexible options for connecting fast storage. The innovative EZ M.2 Clip lets you install M.2 SSDs without screws. Four DDR5 slots using the SMT soldering process and Memory Boost technology deliver a high-frequency signal, ensuring high memory performance.
