GIGABYTE X870 AORUS STEALTH
The GIGABYTE X870 AORUS STEALTH ATX motherboard provides the platform for building a powerful PC based on the AM5 socket. It fully supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors. This AM5 DDR5 board uses DDR5 memory modules, supporting both AMD EXPO and XMP memory profiles for simple overclocking up to a frequency of 8200MHz. The four DIMM slots can accommodate a total capacity of up to 256GB of RAM. For future expansion and high data throughput, the board includes a PCIe 5.0 slot for a graphics card and two M.2 slots with a PCIe 5.0 interface.

Advanced connectivity and networking
The rear panel includes two USB4 Type-C ports with DisplayPort 1.4 support, one USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2), and additional USB 3.2 and 2.0 ports. For network connections, the board has a fast 5GbE LAN port and a Qualcomm wireless module with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Internal headers further expand the number of available USB ports, including one for USB 3.2 Gen 2x2.
Storage and expansion slots
The board is ready for fast SSD storage with four M.2 slots. Two of these, connected directly to the processor, operate with the PCIe 5.0 standard. The other two slots use the PCIe 4.0 bus from the chipset. The board supports NVMe RAID in configurations 0, 1, and also RAID 5 with Ryzen 9000 processors. The primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot is for the graphics card.
Power and cooling system
A stable power supply for multi-core processors is handled by the power system with 1× 24-pin ATX, 1× 8-pin, and 1× 4-pin ATX 12V connectors. For comprehensive cooling management, the board has a total of eight connectors for fans and water pumps. Specifically, there is one connector for a CPU fan, one hybrid for a CPU fan or pump, four for system fans, and two more hybrid connectors for system fans or water cooling pumps.
Functionality and audio
Sound reproduction is handled by the Realtek ALC1220 audio codec with support for 7.1-channel audio and an S/PDIF output. For easy management and updates, the board has the Q-Flash Plus feature, which lets you install a modern BIOS even without a processor fitted. All system settings and monitoring are managed in the GIGABYTE Control Center (GCC) application.
