Kelp is a natural source of iodine. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid hormone production and normal thyroid function. It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal cognitive function.

Recommended Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years:
1 tablet every other day with food.
