Extreme Immersion on an Ultrafast Display
The ASUS TUF Gaming FX505GM is equipped with a 15.6" wide-screen display. Thanks to the low response time, movies appear more vivid on the display and games run more smoothly. The anti-glare finish eliminates glare, ensuring a perfect picture without any interference.
Immersive DTS Surround Sound
DTS Headphone: X™ technology delivers immersive, high-fidelity 7.1-channel virtual surround-sound for home theatre-quality audio, even when you're using a headset. It features optimised settings for games, sports, and movies, and has a built-in audiophile-grade equalizer for additional fine-tuning.
Optimised Backlit Keyboard
ASUS TUF Gaming FX505 has an extremely durable keyboard with keys that can endure up to 20-million key presses — twice the industry standard. It promises an extended lifespan without compromising accuracy and comfort. Overstroke technology provides each key (with a 0.25mm surface curve) with 1.8mm travel distance for improved responsiveness. The keys are backlit in a striking red colour so they are clearlyvisible when playing or working in the dark.
Extremely Fast WiFi
The ASUS TUF Gaming FX505GM features one of the fastest wireless standards - the latest Intel WiFi 5 (802.11ac) Wave 2 boasts up to an incredible 1.7Gb/s - 12x faster than the basic 802.11b/g/n!
Intelligent Cooling System
With a single press of the function button, you can quickly and easily select from three fan power modes to control the noise level and power consumption. Well-positioned fans under the WASD keypad range ensure that the keyboard remains cool even during long game marathons.
I/O Ports Within Easy Reach
ASUS TUF Gaming FX505 features a host of I/O ports including a single USB 2.0 and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports for your gaming peripherals, as well as HDMI 2.0 to connect to an external display.
