The ASROCK B760M Pro RS motherboard is built on the Intel B760 chipset and supports processors with an Intel 1700 socket. Its compact mATX (Micro ATX) form factor makes it ideal for smaller cases. Optimised power and DDR5 memory support
The board uses a 7+1+1 phase design with integrated Dr.MOS circuits, which handle a higher load on individual phases and dissipate heat better than standard MOSFETs. The six-layer PCB contributes to stable signal paths and more efficient power distribution, which is crucial for overclocking memory modules. The board is fitted with four DDR5 DIMM slots with dual-channel mode support and frequencies up to 7200MHz. Overclocking is simplified by pre-set Intel XMP profiles. Each DDR5 slot is equipped with a protective circuit that minimises the risk of damaging the memory module during improper power handling during installation or removal.
Expansion slots and storage
Two PCIe x16 slots are available for graphics and other expansion cards. The first supports the PCIe 5.0 standard with a throughput of up to 128GB/s and is manufactured using surface-mount technology (SMT) for better signal stability at high speeds. The second slot operates on the PCIe 3.0 standard. The primary PCIe 5.0 slot is also reinforced with a steel frame with additional anchor points and a stronger latch, ensuring the secure installation of heavy graphics cards. For storage, the board offers three M.2 slots supporting PCIe Gen4 x4, which deliver double the data transfer speed of PCIe Gen3, and four SATA III ports for traditional hard drives and SSDs.
Connectivity and outputs
Network connectivity is provided by Dragon 2.5Gb LAN, which delivers up to 2.5× more throughput than standard gigabit Ethernet. On the rear panel, you will find three USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port, and two USB 2.0 ports. The board also supports connecting additional USB ports via internal connectors for the front panel. For the processor's integrated graphics core, DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 outputs are available, which let you connect modern high-resolution monitors.
RGB lighting
In addition to the built-in RGB lighting, the board is also equipped with RGB headers and an addressable RGB header that let you connect compatible LED devices such as light strips, CPU fans, coolers, cases, and more.
