Magic Reading is designed for all children who are curious and love to learn new things. The interactive educational book My First English 2 from the Magic Reading series introduces children aged 4 and up to the world of English opposites. Along with Ema and Albert, they will find themselves in a world of spells and magic where everything is upside down. Someone who was sad is now happy, someone who was slow is suddenly lightning-fast, and someone who could fit under the bed now reaches the ceiling. Throughout the book, children will also learn to count to 12 in English and practise basic colours. They will hear each word not only on its own, but also used in a sentence. Afterwards, they can practise everything using quizzes. Thanks to the playful format, even the youngest children can learn with Albi. The Magic Reading books are full of dialogues, songs, knowledge, and also include quizzes of varying difficulty, allowing children to review what they've just learned in a fun way. The book is in Slovak.

A beautifully illustrated book full of information
This book was created in collaboration with native speaker and educator Dunstan Clarke and the Leonardo V. Renesancia vzdelávania Academy. In addition to interactive fun, children will be able to enjoy the unusual illustrations by Gabriela Hloz. The concept, texts and content were created by Šárka Parkanová. The lyrics for the poems were written by Dunstan Clarke. The interesting information, stories and quizzes were voiced by Charlotte Fairman and Kevin Clarke.
How does Albi Magic Reading work?
For children to enjoy the fun interaction with the Magic Reading series of books, they need to have the pen, which becomes their guide. After touching the relevant area or picture, the electronic pen will tell the children important information or play the corresponding sound. The Albi pen can make books talk or sing, teach children new information, and even play a spot-the-difference game with them or test their newly acquired knowledge with a quiz. The pen can be purchased in two versions, both of which are compatible with all products from the Magic Reading series.
What are the symbols in the books and games for?
For everything to work correctly, you must load each book, game or memory card using the power button. It's through the power button that the pen finds the correct audio file. By touching the power button a second time, the pen will give you information about the meaning of the icons in the book. You can always find an explanation of their functions on the back of the book or game. These are the icons below:
