The Lifefit curved weightlifting bar is a high-quality EZ-type weightlifting axis that will serve you especially for biceps, triceps and forearm strength training. Thanks to its ergonomic curvature, it allows you to strengthen individual muscle parts separately while promoting a more natural grip, reducing the strain on wrists and elbows and increasing comfort and safety when performing exercises. The axle is made of chrome-plated steel with a polished finish and the hand grips are equipped with non-slip knurling to ensure maximum stability of the shaft in the hand. The Lifefit combo bar is designed for discs with a 30 mm hole and has a load capacity of 350 kg. Two locking nuts are also included.
