The Vango Tacoma 400 Package DeepBlue is a spacious tunnel-shaped tent that is ideal for up to 4 people. It is designed specifically for families who prefer more private sleeping space. A total of two opposite bedrooms are separated by a large living area. Thanks large hallway you get comfortable facilities in case of bad weather and enough space to store all the necessary things. The tent is equipped with several ventilation panels that offer maximum airflow to reduce condensation and keep the air inside fresh. Vertical side walls increase the interior height and maximise usable space. The tent has 2 entrances for greater flexibility of use. The construction consists of strong PowerFlex fiberglass members that provide stability and the TBSII system that strengthens the structure in high winds. The curved bars add strength to the structure and provide more interior space.

Tropico and base have taped seams, which guarantees water resistance even in heavy rain. Integrated underlay protects against draughts and prevents insect penetration. A mesh panel with an adjustable cover at the back of the tent ensures optimal ventilation. Large ventilation panels in the bedroom and a roll-up mesh door allow plenty of fresh air. The internal height of the Vango tent reaches 2 metres, which allows comfortable movement even for taller figures. The large front entrance can be fully opened or only partially opened as required. Daylight is let in through the large Diamond Clear windows, which can be blacked out with roller blinds. The stability of the Tacoma 400 is enhanced by the TBSII tension strap system, which resists wind gusts and can be easily hidden in calm weather.

Easy to erect Vango tent
The Vango Tacoma 400 Package DeepBlue tent is anchored with plastic pegs in the corners by the orange tent loops. Thanks to the tensioning cords in a striking orange colour, the tent is visibly marked even in twilight, which increases the safety of movement around it. At the same time, these cords contribute to the strength of the entire structure. The anchoring system can be easily adjusted as needed, so the tent holds well even on less level surfaces. The structure is made of Sentinel solid fabric with ColourLok Eco technology, which ensures higher resistance to sunlight and longer material life. The fabric is also waterproof, with a water column value of 4,000 mm, providing reliable protection against rain.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking.
