The UVtech Migraine-3 gel mask is easy to cool and heat
Place the UVtech Migraine-3 gel mask in a resealable bag and then chill it by placing it in the freezer or refrigerator. In case its temperature is too low and uncomfortable, take it off the face and wait until it rises at least slightly. You can also use the mask for heat therapy. It can be heated simply in the microwave, check its temperature after 20 seconds, then heat it for about 10 seconds each time until it reaches the desired state.
