Plyo box MASTER is designed for jumping and cross-fit training. It is designed to encourage the development of dynamism, strength and explosiveness. To increase the intensity of the workout, multiple boxes can be easily combined into one set with Velcro. The height of 45 cm is ideal for safe jump training, which helps to effectively improve explosiveness and coordination. Both men and women can use the MASTER plyo box for training. Handling is facilitated by two practical handles that make carrying quick and comfortable. Stability during training is ensured by the filling of dense synthetic foam, which also resists permanent loads. The durable vinyl surface is easy to clean and keeps the box in perfect condition even after frequent use. The compact size saves space, so the plyo box doesn't take up too much room. The cover is equipped with a perimeter zipper that makes it easy to remove and clean.
