SKLZ Recoil 360, elastic training rope

The SKLZ Recoil 360 expander is an elastic training rope with a belt that perfectly fulfils the purpose of speed, power and vertical jump training. The elastic rope is wrapped in fabric and can be stretched from 2.4 to 6.7 metres with a resistance ranging from 6.8 to 22.7 kg. It provides enough distance for every type of exercise or sport movement and the necessary resistance for your higher performance. Promotes stronger and more explosive movements. As the name suggests, the SKLZ Recoil 360 belt offers 360 degrees of resistance thanks to a ring that allows rotation around the belt. The training aid has been designed to be suitable for training with a sparring partner as well as for independent training.
