The comfort when exercising with the HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 set is aided by the knurled grip on the 1-hand loading axes. The weights are secured on them by means of screw star clamps. The dumbbell is formed by screwing the loading shafts into the connecting piece, while the kettlebell is composed of a 21 cm long loading mandrel to which discs of the desired weight are added.

If you replace the star sleeves on the 1-hand dumbbell with handles, you will be able to work out with a dumbbell with 3 handles. You will use it especially during shoulder training.
