Strawberries are the fruit of the large-fruited strawberry tree, which was bred from the wild strawberry tree. Thanks to gentle freeze-drying (freeze-drying), you can now enjoy them all year round.
Freeze-dried fruit has a wide range of uses
Freeze-dried strawberries are light, fragrant and beautifully crisp. They soften on contact with water or moisture and return to almost their original state. Freeze-dried fruit can be eaten on its own, or add it to smoothies, muesli, yoghurt, porridge, tea and baking. You can also experiment with it in the RAW kitchen.
