The HMS SVP09 vibration plate is designed for home training for both beginners and advanced users. The vertical up–down movement transfers vibrations to the body and engages different muscle groups depending on your posture. You can adjust the intensity from 1–120 speed levels with an amplitude of 1–2.8cm. Five automatic programmes are complemented by a manual mode, which lets you set the workout duration from 1 to 20 minutes.
