Built-in sensors for time, distance, speed, calories, pulse and body fat analysis help you track your progress and tailor your exercise intensity to your individual needs. Speed and incline controls on the handles allow you to quickly and conveniently adjust exercise parameters without interrupting your workout. The treadmill is also equipped with a speaker so you can listen to your favourite music and use training apps while you exercise.
