Recommended dosage:
For ideal results, we recommend applying the ointment and gently massaging it on the painful areas 1 to 3 times a day. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Storage:
Store in a dry and dark place at 5 °C to 24 °C. This is a natural product with no chemical preservatives and at higher temperatures the oil components of the cream may separate, in which case stir the cream gently with a wooden mallet and leave to set in the fridge. Protect from frost, cold and direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening.
