GymBeam Essential shredders black

Essential jerks are used for better grip on the axle during strength training. Thanks to the jerks, you can easily boost your strength abilities and ultimately muscle growth. Use the loop to create an opening for your wrist and wrap the other end with the non-slip coating tightly around the dumbbell. Relax your forearms during pulling exercises such as deadlifts. This gives you a firmer and more stable grip. They are unpadded so they allow for maximum tightening to suit your needs. This will be especially appreciated by women and men with narrower wrists who cannot reduce the loop through the padding. They are made of a strong and durable material consisting of cotton, polyester and PVC. All people who are involved in fitness, bodybuilding, weightlifting, powerlifting or crossfit will use them in their training. Package contains 1 pair of picks for both hands.

How to tie jerks

First thread the end of the tear through the stitch to form a loop. Loop the loop through your hand so that the free end rests on your palm. Then tighten the loop so that it is not too loose. Next, place your hand on the dumbbell (overhand grip) and wrap the free end of the snatch around the dumbbell underneath one or more times. Finally secure the turned tear-off with a firm hand grip. Consider the second tear in the same way and you can start practicing. To release the snatch, just let go of the dumbbell and unwind it.
