GreenFood Nutrition Performance Pre-BCAA is a drink suitable for recreational and elite athletes, who will be pleased with the delicious melon flavour and very easy preparation.
In one dose it contains 4000 mg BCAA 2:1:1, 3000 mg Citrulline Malate 2:1, 1500 mg A-AKG, 1500 mg Beta Alanine and 1000 mg Taurine. The drink is taken 30 minutes before training and the 420 g packet makes 30 servings.

Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valin), citrulline malate 2:1 (amino acid), A-AKG (amino acid), beta alanine (amino acid), watermelon flavor, taurine (amino acid), maltodextrin, dye - beta carotene, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide, sweetener - sucralose.
Preparation and dosing
Mix one scoop in 300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Take once a day.
