Flow Fitness Avoriaz i is a versatile elliptical trainer designed for home training for the whole family. Thanks to the 18-kilogram flywheel and the pedal centre fitted with bearings, its operation is very quiet and smooth even under high loads. The resistance is electronically controlled and offers up to 32 levels, so everyone can adjust the intensity to suit their goals, from light cardio training to heavy weight training. The stride length is a versatile 39 cm, the pedal spacing is 21 cm and the feet can be adjusted to three different positions for a correct and natural body position. Thanks to the low entry point, the machine is also conveniently accessible for the elderly or convalescents.
