Activation of Epicstar inserts is simple. Just take them out of the packaging and leave them in the air for a while to warm up. Once they have reached a temperature of 39-40 °C, put them in your shoes and enjoy a comfortable warmth for up to 8 hours. If the heat starts to fade, you can remove the pads for a while to let more air in, which will restore their warming effect. After use, the inserts can be sealed in an airtight bag and stored for reuse.
