How to Use
Cold compress:
Place the pack in the freezer for approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Hot compress:
Place the pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or in a 500W microwave for 0.5 minutes. Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a cloth to prevent skin burns or frostbite.
The pack can be repeatedly cooled and heated.
Warning
Do not swallow the contents. Do not tear the pack. Keep out of the reach of children. Always place the gel pack in a sleeve or wrap it in a cloth to avoid burns. Before use on infants, children, the elderly, and people with diabetes, cardiovascular and circulatory disorders, or skin insensitivity (Raynaud's syndrome), consult a doctor. If you have any doubts about the treatment or if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Do not reuse if the pack is damaged (e.g., has holes or tears).
