Use
Cold compress:
Place the pack in the freezer for approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Hot compress:
Immerse the pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or place it in a microwave at 500W for 0.5 minutes. Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a cloth to prevent burns or frostbite.
The pack can be repeatedly cooled and heated.
