Use
Cold compress:
Place the pack in the freezer for approx. 1.5–2 hours.
Hot compress:
Place the pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or in a 500W microwave for 0.5 minutes. Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a cloth to prevent skin burns or frostbite.
The pack can be repeatedly cooled and heated.

Do not swallow the contents, do not tear the pack. Keep out of reach of children. Always place the gel pack in a pocket or wrap it in a cloth to avoid burns.
