Use
Cold compress:
Place the pack in the freezer for approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Hot compress:
Place the pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or in a microwave at 500W for 0.5 minutes. Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a cloth to prevent skin burns or frostbite.
The pack can be repeatedly cooled and heated.

Do not swallow the contents, do not tear the pack. Keep out of the reach of children. Always place the gel pack in a sleeve or wrap it in a cloth to prevent burns.
