How to Use
Cold compress:
Place the pack in the freezer for approx. 1.5–2 hours.
Hot compress:
Place the pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or in a microwave at 500W for 30 seconds. Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a cloth to prevent burns or frostbite.
The pack can be repeatedly cooled and heated.
Warning
Do not swallow the contents, do not tear the pack. Keep out of the reach of children. Always place the gel pack in a pocket or wrap it in a cloth to avoid burns. Before use on infants, children, the elderly, and people with diabetes, cardiovascular and circulatory disorders, or skin insensitivity (Raynaud's syndrome), consult a doctor.
