With skates on - the stick should come up to your chin
Without skates - the stick should come up to your nose

How do you hold your hockey stick?

Right (R) - your right hand is on the bottom end of the stick
Left (L) - your left hand is on the bottom end of the stick
Straight - suitable for small children, who switch their hands often
