Speed, incline and training programmes
The BowFlex BXT8Ji lets you set the speed up to 20km/h and the electric incline in a range from 0 to 15%. This means you can change the pace and difficulty of your workout according to the selected programme. There are 26 training programmes available in total.
Workout overview on the DualTrack display
The DualTrack LCD console displays time, distance, current speed, calories burned and heart rate. Bluetooth lets you connect the treadmill to the JRNY app to track your workout progress. The console also includes speakers and a tablet holder, which is useful when handling your connected mobile device.
Cushioning and heart rate monitoring
Comfort Tech cushioning reduces the impact of your footfall when walking and running. You can monitor your heart rate using the 5kHz chest monitor. The bottle holder allows you to keep a drink within reach during your workout.
