Training with decline and incline
The electric incline adjustment lets you go from a −5% decline to a 15% incline. Together with speeds adjustable up to 20km/h, the BowFlex Treadmill 25 covers slow walking, jogging, running and training with elevation changes. The running deck provides plenty of space, even at higher speeds.
Touchscreen display and JRNY platform
The adjustable 10" HD touchscreen is used to control the BowFlex Treadmill 25 treadmill and work with the integrated JRNY platform. It offers adaptive workouts, trainer-led classes, virtual routes and performance tracking. You can also use Netflix and Amazon Prime Video on the display via Wi-Fi. Full use of the platform requires a JRNY membership; streaming services require their own user account and subscription.
Cushioning and heart rate monitoring
The Comfort Tech system cushions your footfalls on the running deck. The package includes a Bluetooth armband sensor that transmits heart rate data to the console. During your workout, you can also use the built-in 3-speed fan and holders for a bottle and mobile device.
