Adventure Menu's Goulash Soup can be taken with you to the campsite and on a trip to the countryside, as well as to work. The Lightweight range offers the world's first vacuum-dried food that is ultra-light and portable, but retains both taste and nutritional value. This is a classic thick soup with beef and potatoes. The weight of the pack is only 65 g, and you can prepare 350 g of food with the help of hot water or cold water and a warming capsule.

- Hi-tech preservation: For food to really stand up to anything and keep up with you wherever you go, you have to do some magic with it. There are two spells, namely vacuum drying or sterilization. What is unique about both is that the food retains its natural flavour and nutritional value and is the same as freshly cooked food even after several years. Vacuum drying is used to make food as light as possible for backpacking, while sterilisation is used for food where the pressure is not so much on low weight but on speed of preparation.

Preparation

Pour boiling water into the bag with the food mixture up to the indicated line according to the serving size indicated on the package. Stir and refill with hot water to the specified mark. Zip the bag tightly and wait 8 to 10 minutes. Then you can consume the food.

Pour the water into the bag with the food mixture up to the indicated line according to the serving size indicated on the packaging. Stir and refill the water to the mark. Zip the bag tightly to prevent vapour from the chemical reaction from entering. Place a heating capsule in the bottom of the zipper bag (it is preferable to use a 50 g capsule, it takes longer to heat up due to the necessary rehydration of the food) and measure the water in the empty capsule bag to the appropriate mark. Pour the measured water into the zipper bag with the capsule and close it thoroughly. Wait 20 minutes, and then stir the food as it will be hotter on the bottom and colder on the top. Then you can consume the food. Instructions for self-heating can also be found on the back of the zipper bag.
Storage
Store in a dry and dark place ideally at temperatures between 1 and 30 °C.
