Viva Crema is a harmonious blend of Robusta (India, Vietnam) and Arabica (Brazil, Peru) beans, designed for lovers of smooth but full-bodied espresso with a creamy texture. The beans are sourced from carefully selected plantations and the balanced ratio of varieties results in a coffee with low acidity, a subtle sweetness and notes of caramel, milk chocolate and almond. Arabica adds elegance and finesse, Robusta provides dense body, creaminess and natural caffeine content. Sarito Viva Crema coffee beans are the ideal blend for everyday use - suitable for both automatic and lever coffee machines. When properly extracted (recommended water temperature approx. 85 °C), it produces a velvety and stable crema. Suitable for both espresso and milk drinks, where its flavour is further enhanced.
