The roastery has been roasting traditional Italian coffee since 1882. Saccaria caffé was the first ever coffee roastery in the Marche region, located in central Italy near the state of San Marino. The roastery was founded by two Italian families, Calef and Terni, true experts in coffee selection and roasting. In 1962 the roastery moved to Marina di Montemarciano, where it is still roasting today. The family tradition has been taken over by the 4th generation who continue to roast coffee to a very high standard.
