They cannot remove applications that are there from the manufacturer (for example, Prime video) - so the icon is there.
A more tedious search, e. g. movie on a flash drive.
I haven' t figured out how to select a paired audio device (headphones, speaker) yet. I always steam and steam again.

We have long been dissatisfied with the Magenta TV box. Every time I scrambled DSL or WiFi, a reboot was necessary. Multiple replacements didn't help. This box runs briskly and correctly, there hasn't been a single problem in over a week of use. The Magenta TV app had to be downloaded, which is fine.
The only minor drawback is that the controller does not have a button to display the program. You have to click through the menu to get to it. Which takes some getting used to.
