I was very surprised by this scale. For the price of 3000 I didn't expect a great miracle, but the opposite was true. For control measurements, it is better to take several weighings in a row and compare the values. Of course, you should always weigh yourself under the same conditions (in the morning, on an empty stomach, etc...). For me the values at 3 consecutive weighings came out the same or with minimal difference. I don't have a comparison with inbody measurements, but nobody normally has them at home. This will be more accurate, of course, but for normal home weighing this scale is excellent. The app may only be on one phone for proper functionality, but it's not such a big deal. I do the control measurements anyway at the horizon of a month or x weeks. Several profiles can be set. I do a check weighing once a month with my partner on the same day and I don't share the values easily. There is no need to connect a phone for normal weighing and, most importantly, these offline weighings can be uploaded to the app afterwards. The application is in Czech, clear and explains everything, including the measured values. It will be good to check the inbody once in a while, but so far maximum satisfaction!

It weighs you accurately, gives you a more accurate analysis of your body, and even if the analysis isn't as accurate, it's good for tracking trends and your progress which motivates you to continue or even start. It records the weight perfectly even with repeated measurements with virtually zero deviation. It's great to have automatic user recognition, internal memory, and then sync to the app, but even that often needs to be gone through manually and just add your measurements. The sync to google fit is also great, but only weight and BMI are sent there, so the other important information that makes you weight is not transferred and you have to look at it in the app. The accuracy of the measurements and the labels are sometimes misleading. For example, the higher the fat-free body mass, the lower it is. What's lower? Tuk? But I know that from the amount of subcutaneous fat. Isn't that a good thing? My body fat % measurement was also about 7% lower than other methods and I don't think it is as accurate as it should be. However, the stability of the individual measurements was otherwise good, so that the regular changes were accurate and easy to read.
