I asked the manufacturer to send me only the defective part, but was refused. So realistically 15% of the time in a non-functional state and on the move.
The previous VR3120 (almost identical to the VR3125) served us daily for 6 years, when it needed 2x battery replacement, peeled 3x brushes and now the LIDAR has gone. We didn't use it for mopping at all. At that time it cost 12000, -. It has disadvantages like any other. He's coiling cables, chopping at higher obstacles. The hair from the main brush should be cut out. But that's what they all do, no matter how expensive or how clever. They tried XIAOMI, and it was miserable compared to this. I don't know why they have such high ratings. So we reached for CONCEPT again. For 4600, - in action I do not regret at all. We have two dogs, a cat and three kids in the house. The vacuum cleaner comes by every day and he's got a lot of work to do. It's noisier at medium vacuuming power, but thanks to 2x brushes it really sweeps and vacuums the dog hair perfectly (it still runs when we're not home). It fits under our couch (Xiaomi doesn't). No problem with the application compared to the previous one. Not with Wi-Fi either. It doesn't get lost like the 3120. There's progress. We don't want any complicated functions. Just to vacuum once a day so we can empty it at night. It fulfils this perfectly. I recommend it.

Since we have a pet dog, there is a lot of hair. I'm not saying I don't also lux with a big lux, but this one is such a help when I don't have time. 2kk vacuumed in 25minutes, so at the time of walking we are vacuuming at home 💪. For my part, don't count on the big lux not working. He will. hand vacuuming is just the best 👍, but as a handout ideal.

Virtually trouble-free operation on a daily basis. If it wasn't for the fact that it can't be turned on, I would continue to use it until it ends. Based on this experience, I figured I would not experiment and get a proven device knowing that the app would be different, but hoping for better.
The first pairing to the Concept Home mobile app didn't go quite smoothly, but it was successful in the end. I remember that it was not user-friendly even with the Concept Robot app and the VR3120 vacuum cleaner. We have a relatively simple apartment, nothing rolls around on the floor and the biggest problem used to be the dryer, but we don't use it anymore. The dryer was simply dealt with by the No-Go Zone. I'm not going to rate the mop - I don't use it, and the mop annoys me on robot vacuums until it's actually usable. I am forced to return the vacuum cleaner and actually wish the old VR3120 would keep working as it just worked reliably!

Unfortunately, the physical hardware (vacuum cleaner) is one thing, but a quality app makes up at least 50% of the product you pay for. For some, the aforementioned shortcomings may be minor, but for me they form a whole that literally annoys me
We are satisfied with the vacuum cleaner so far. It is an excellent household helper. Ideal for larger apartments and multi-storey houses. I highly recommend it.
