The Philips Atlas DC 2-in-1 LED ceiling light combines powerful lighting with an efficient ceiling fan in an elegant, modern design. Thanks to its sophisticated construction and transparent aerodynamic blades with a diameter of 510mm (1,060mm when extended), it provides not only high-quality lighting but also pleasant air circulation. The minimalist design with clean lines will easily fit into modern interiors, and the light is ideal for surface mounting on the ceiling in the living room, bedroom or study.
Powerful and quiet Philips Atlas DC fan
The integrated fan offers 6 speed levels, so you can easily set the desired airflow intensity. The high-quality direct current (DC) motor, together with optimised aerodynamic blades, ensures high performance with very quiet operation. In the summer months, the fan effectively cools the room when running forwards, while in winter, the reverse function helps to distribute warm air evenly throughout the room. The motor's power consumption is 28W and the maximum noise level does not exceed 46dB, making its operation quieter than a standard fridge.
High-quality materials and easy installation
The Philips Atlas DC light is intended for indoor use and, with its IP20 rating, is not suitable for spaces with high humidity, such as bathrooms. The robust metal body in a nickel finish with a matte brushed surface ensures a long lifespan and stable attachment to the ceiling. The opal plastic diffuser creates even light without unpleasant glare, while the perfectly balanced acrylic blades minimise vibrations during operation. In addition, the improved design makes installation much easier, now taking just eight simple steps.
Adjustable LED lighting
Lighting is provided by integrated, energy-efficient LED diodes with a total power consumption of 35W. Using the included radio remote control or a standard wall switch, you can change the intensity of the lighting and the temperature of the white light. Available options include warm white (2700K) for a pleasant atmosphere, neutral white (4500K) suitable for everyday activities, and cool white (6500K) to aid concentration.
Smart functions for greater comfort
The light output can be continuously adjusted from 5%, which is ideal for ambient night lighting, through 50%, up to full power. The remote control also allows you to use practical functions such as a timer or a night light mode. The light achieves a luminous flux of up to 4,500lm with an efficacy of 128lm/W, so it offers plenty of light with low energy consumption. The LED source has a lifespan of up to 15,000 hours and 15,000 switching cycles, which represents approximately 15 years of maintenance-free operation with normal use.
Long lifespan and maintenance-free operation
The integrated LED source is a permanent part of the light and does not require replacement. The light is designed for a 220–240V mains supply, belongs to protection class I (earthed), and its dimensions are 510mm in diameter (1,060mm with extended blades) × 310mm in height. The weight of the light is 6.2kg.
