Why is MOVit Omega-3 FORTE important?
MOVit Omega-3 FORTE is a rich source of the indispensable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. It has high purity and a high concentration of the desirable substances EPA and DHA in proportion to the other substances contained in fish oil. Therefore, unlike conventional sources of omega-3, a lower dosage is sufficient to achieve the desired effect.

Effects of Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with intake of min. 250 mg per day
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function with intake of min. 250 mg DHA daily
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal eyesight with a minimum intake of. 200 mg DHA per day
- Intake of DHA from the mother's body contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus in the body of the mother and breast-fed infants when 200 mg of DHA per day is taken in addition to the daily recommended dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA for an adult.
