I was buying because the product was just on sale and given the written values of EPA and DHA it was a bargain. When you open it, a brutal fishy smell hits your nose - and I'm not squeamish. And after eating it, I swallow the fish for a few hours. Other omega-3 products I take in the morning on an empty stomach and nothing, here I have to take it during a meal and even then it only alleviates the problem a little. I'm definitely not buying again.
