Preparation
The finer the coffee is ground, the more intense the flavour. For the best possible cup of Mövenpick El Autentico Caffè Crema, we recommend a medium to fine grind and a spout time of 18-22 seconds for a large cup and 12-14 seconds for espresso. If you're having an espresso, it's important to serve it in a pre-heated cup.
Storage
It's best to keep the opened packet of coffee beans in an airtight container in the fridge. This way, freshly roasted coffee retains its flavour for longer.
