Electronic books
ePub
This is one of the most widely used electronic book formats, and it's especially suitable for fiction. Its main advantage is to maintain a clear text rate on various devices and with different font sizes. It is compatible with most specialised readers and reader applications for tablets and smartphones.DRM
Digital Rights Management (DRM) stands for the copyright protection system that is used to secure electronic files. DRM protects ebooks from being abused (free use, copying, etc.). Alza uses two types: Social DRM and Adobe DRM.
ebook
An eBook is a digital version of a classic paper book designed for reading on specialized readers, tablets, smartphones or computers. You can download the ebook in a matter of minutes, and in the vast majority of cases it comes cheaper than the classic printed version. The flexibility to change the font size while reading is a great advantage for some.
