TIERRA VERDE Organic Rosemary 30 ml

This essential oil originates from Spain and is derived from the most common chemotype of rosemary - you'll find it under the name "camphor" or "camphor". Its aroma is strong, fresh, camphoraceous and herbal-woody. It has unique effects on the body and psyche. This oil is a perfect helper against colds. Strengthens the immune system. Adult dosage:
Add 9 drops to an aromatherapy bottle or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m2. Add a maximum of 3 drops to 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream in body cosmetics and massage oils.

Dosing for children and pregnant women:
For pregnant women, sensitive persons and older children, use a lower dosage. For children under 2 years of age, use oils only for inhalation and in very small amounts.

Warning:
Do not use this essential oil on the skin of children under 2 years of age. Do not use on hypersensitive or injured skin. Regular inhalation of this oil is not suitable for people with asthma, as it can trigger an asthma attack. Increased caution is needed with epilepsy. It is not recommended to use rosemary essential oil for pregnant women or for high blood pressure. Apply the oil carefully and only if you are comfortable with the scent. Never use essential oils internally. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Protect eyes and mucous membranes. Protect from children. After the expiry date, do not use the oil therapeutically, but only for household cleaning.
