NESTLÉ Sinlac Allergy Non-Milk Porridge is a special rice porridge with carob protein, which is a suitable choice for children and adults with a cow's milk protein allergy and gluten intolerance. The instant gluten-free porridge contains important vitamins and minerals necessary for the proper growth and development of a child's body¹. The porridge is suitable for babies from the end of the 6th month and is a great help during the period of introducing first weaning foods. However, adults suffering from one of the mentioned allergies or intolerances will also appreciate this non-milk porridge.

The unique recipe of Sinlac non-milk porridge contains two main ingredients—rice and carob. Carob, also known as St. John's bread, is a plant with low allergenic properties and excellent nutritional values. It gives the porridge a naturally brown colour and a uniquely sweet taste. The carob is complemented by rice, a gluten-free ingredient that is suitable for the period of introducing first weaning foods into a child's diet.
Cow's milk protein allergies often occur in infancy and childhood. The most important step in preventing and alleviating nutrition-related allergies is to strictly avoid such foods or individual ingredients, while also paying attention to the origin of protein in the diet. Sinlac contains only plant proteins—from rice and carob. The porridge is suitable both for those with an increased risk of developing allergies and for those with a diagnosed allergy.

NESTLÉ Sinlac rice porridge contains important minerals and vitamins that contribute to the proper functioning of your baby's immune system. In the baby porridge, you will find zinc, vitamins A³ and C, as well as iron, which contributes to the development of cognitive functions in children. The porridge also contains calcium³, which is important for proper bone growth and development.

Preparation instructions
Add water.
- Wash your hands before preparing the porridge. Check that all utensils are clean.
- Boil drinking water suitable for infants for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the measured amount of water (150ml) into a bowl and let it cool to about 40°C.
- While stirring continuously, pour in 50g of porridge (5 tablespoons).
- Mix with a fork and let stand for about half a minute. Mix again.
Warning
Consult your doctor about nutrition in case of food intolerances or a hereditary predisposition to allergies. Do not use in case of glucose, fructose, and sucrose intolerance, nor in case of an allergy to rice protein or carob (St. John's bread). In cases of extreme food intolerance, the first portion of porridge should always be administered under medical supervision. In case of a hereditary predisposition to allergies, be careful with foods that can cause allergies, such as milk, soy, eggs, chocolate, nuts, citrus fruits, fish, wheat, etc.
Storage
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a dry place at room temperature. After preparing the meal, close the package thoroughly and store in a dry place at room temperature. Once opened, use within 3 weeks. Do not keep uneaten portions. Intended for spoon-feeding. This food does not replace breast milk.
