Preparation
Please follow the preparation instructions. Always prepare porridge fresh and never use leftovers. Do not boil or heat the porridge in the microwave.
Dairy:
1. In a small bowl or bottle, prepare 150 to 170 ml of Holle milk according to the instructions and mix with 25 g (6 tbsp) of Holle porridge.
2. Allow to cool to 37 °C. The porridge can be served immediately.
Non-dairy:
1. 200 ml of boiled water, preferably Holle baby water, let cool to 50 °C.
2. Add 25 g of Holle porridge (6 tbsp) and stir in 1 teaspoon of Holle baby oil. This will achieve the ideal consistency.
With fruit/vegetable puree:
1. Mix 20 g (4 tbsp) of Holle porridge with 90 ml of Holle baby water.
2. Stir in 100 g of Holle fruit/vegetable puree.
3. Finally, stir in a teaspoon of baby oil.
Storage conditions
Use within 3 weeks after opening. Store in a dark and dry place.
Notice
Breastfeeding is the best and most natural nutrition for your baby. Consult your midwife or paediatrician before using any infant formula.
