Preparation
The lid must click when opened. Before heating, open the jar, check the integrity of the neck of the jar, stir the contents and warm them in a water bath, for example. Do not microwave in the original packaging. Do not reheat the quantity once heated. Don't cook. Check the temperature before serving the food. Use a plastic spoon, a metal one could damage the glass. Store the unused amount in a sealed jar in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
