An original combination of delicate white chocolate and 4% real Japanese matcha. Thanks to the patented Sweet Fiber® recipe, added sugar is replaced by natural fibre from chicory root. Recommended Use
Chopped white chocolate pieces with matcha can be eaten on their own as a sweet snack, used in baking and dessert preparation, or dissolved in a drink. For a creamy matcha latte, we recommend using approximately 30–35g of chocolate per cup.
