Marketing Campaign "Black Friday"

Alza.cz, a.s., CIN: 270 82 440, with its registered office at Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00 Prague 7, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 8573, organises a marketing campaign called "Black Friday" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") from 00:00 on October 30, 2025, to 23:59 on December 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"). Within this Campaign, the seller Alza.sk s. r. o., CIN: 36 562 939, with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Bratislava III, File 35889/B (hereinafter referred to as “Alza”), provides a discount on products listed at www.alza.sk/black-friday (hereinafter referred to as the “ Goods”). The rules and terms of the Campaign are available at www.alza.sk/marketingova-kampan-black-friday.

Alza, as a retail seller, primarily supplies goods to individuals as end consumers and organises its campaigns accordingly. To serve as many individual customers as possible, Alza reserves the right to cancel orders from non-consumers whose order quantities exceed typical amounts for personal use. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer of the cancellation of the order by email and, if applicable, will also refund the purchase price already paid.

During the Campaign, Alza offers discounts on products listed at www.alza.sk/black-friday ("Goods"). The number of items a Buyer can purchase may be limited for certain Goods. This limit is applied automatically, and Buyers will not be able to add more items to their cart than the maximum allowed quantity.

Discounts apply for the duration of the Campaign or until stock runs out. The selection of discounted Goods may change throughout the Campaign, and Alza reserves the right to add or remove products from the Campaign at any time. Removed products may still be sold outside the Campaign.

The stock is allocated to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and other countries Alza delivers to, based on the order's submission time. This does not apply to regional or language-specific product versions.

Campaign discounts are calculated based on the original price, as defined in Section 9.8 of Alza's Terms and Conditions.

Alza may offer additional discounts on select products during the Campaign, which will be identified by a discount code. The additional discount will be calculated from the current sale price of the Goods after applying the Campaign discount, with the specific discount percentage displayed next to each eligible product. The discount will be granted upon entering the code when placing an order at www.alza.sk.

When ordering products offered as part of the Campaign, you must comply with Alza’s General Terms and Conditions as well as these Campaign rules.

Campaign products cannot be purchased by phone or fax, only online.

To qualify for the discount or purchase Goods at a reduced price, the order must be properly completed and paid for; simply adding items to the cart does not qualify.

The customer acknowledges that Goods placed in the cart are not reserved, and if the Goods sell out before the order is completed, the ordering process will automatically terminate. Discounts provided within the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers provided by Alza or applicable to Campaign Goods, except for specifically marked Goods to which an additional percentage discount may be applied using a discount code. The additional percentage discount applies to the price of Goods already reduced within the Campaign.
