Discover the details of the world around you
The microscope has a monocular head. The head can be rotated horizontally through 360° to facilitate observation. The head can also be tilted by 30°. This inclination is comfortable for long-term observation. The optical system includes achromatic lenses with magnifications of 4×, 10× and 40×, and a 10× wide-angle eyepiece. The 40× magnification lens has a spring-loaded frame that protects the front lens. The magnification range of the microscope is from 40-400×. The optics are made of glass.

Adjustable LED lighting and battery power
Dual LED illumination allows you to study samples of any degree of transparency - opaque, partially transparent and transparent. The brightness of the lighting is adjustable. You can use standard batteries (included) or an AC adapter (included) to power the backlight. The slides are fixed to the table with clamps. Underneath the table is a disc-shaped aperture shade for regulating the luminous flux from the lower LED lighting. The microscope is equipped with coarse and fine focusing, so that the focus can be adjusted more quickly and conveniently. The body of the microscope is made of metal.

Educational publications about the microworld
The microscope also comes with the educational publication "The Invisible World". The colourful book explains all the complexities involved, such as the parts of a microscope and their functions, what bacteria and protozoa look like, what you can see in a drop of water and more, all in simple language. In addition to the theory, the book also describes interesting experiments that can be performed at home using the Levenhuk Discovery Nano digital microscope.
