The Levenhuk Blitz 114 BASE is a classic Newtonian reflector for astronomical observations. It is designed to observe objects in deep space: globular clusters, binary stars and planetary and diffuse nebulae. Space objects can be observed all the way to Saturn. Thanks to the use of a classic 1.25" eyepiece lift, the scope is compatible with most optical accessories commonly available on the market. However, it already includes three eyepieces and a Barlow lens in the base, so you can start observing immediately.

Mirror telescope with spherical mirror
The optical elements of the telescope are made of glass with a special anti-reflective coating. The mirror has a spherical shape and provides a high quality undistorted image up to the maximum useful magnification. The adjustment of the optical tube to the objects is done by means of an azimuthal fork mount. A microscrew on the vertical axis allows for more precise adjustment. The height-adjustable aluminium tripod is equipped with an accessory compartment.
